Join our vibrant team at One Garden Brighton, where we blend a busy café and farm shop within a stunning garden setting. We are seeking a Head Barista and Keyholder who is passionate about coffee and dedicated to exceptional customer service. This role has been designed to support our Retail and Hospitality Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure the highest beverage quality while leading and training our dynamic barista team. You will manage inventory, maintain equipment, and handle cash responsibilities whilst ensuring a consistently positive customer experience for all. Your strong communication skills will help create a positive environment for both staff and customers.
We are looking for candidates with proven barista experience in a leadership role and a deep knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
