Shh! The secret’s out! âÓ¶¹appÏÂÔØ students studying the Diploma in Floristry have finished a Special Events assignment. The students studying on the Level 3 programme had to sketch, design, plan, create a buying list and finally fashion the displays.
The enterprising students obtained birch branches, kindly sourced by the College’s Forestry and Arboriculture Department, to produce a series of spectacular floral arrangements in the reception at âÓ¶¹appÏÂÔØ. Visitors, staff and students are welcomed to vibrant displays featuring the birch, plus seasonal decorations of long lasting, scented foliage.
The theme continues with Christmas wreaths, garlands and swags, seasonal beribboned Victorian-style pomanders with scented cloves, mop headed hydrangeas, gold grasses and handmade stars.
