Course Overview
âÓ¶¹appÏÂÔØ would like to welcome you with the opportunity to take part in our Changing Lives through Horses (CLtH) programme starting in June. If you are between 14-16 years of age and you have a love of horses, this course could be for you.
Through working with horses, the aim is to develop key life skills including -building relationships, communication, confidence, responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance.
On the course you will gain the British Horse Society (BHS) Achieve Awards. These awards are designed to give those with no/ little prior equine knowledge, an understanding of how to handle and care for horses. You will also gain a BHS Personal Development Certificate too.
There may also be an opportunity to progress onto a further programme at âÓ¶¹appÏÂÔØ should you wish to.
The programme is run over 4 consecutive Saturdays and starts on 6th June 2026 9-12pm.
